1. Traditional ceramic colorants
This marks the starting point and solid foundation of our business. We have been producing various ceramic colorants professionally for a long time, with our core strengths lying in "stability" and "practicality".
• Coated Pigment Series: This is our specialty product. We produce coated red, coated yellow, etc., which are characterized by their bright and stable color development. Through a special process, the color-developing ions are encapsulated in a stable crystal structure, making the color resistant to decomposition under high-temperature firing (typically up to 1200-1300°C). It exhibits good temperature resistance and consistent performance in different kiln atmospheres, effectively helping customers reduce color differences and enhance product quality.
• Body and glaze colorant series: We offer a wide range of iron-based, chromium-based, cobalt-based, and other colorants, such as zirconium iron red, cobalt blue, copper chromium black, etc. These products have strong coloring power, high compatibility with body and glaze, and good dispersion, aiming to meet customers' basic and diverse needs for coloring ceramic bodies and glazes. 2. Ceramic ink and new pigments
With ceramic inkjet printing becoming mainstream, we have taken advantage of this trend and established a professional ink and supporting pigment production base in Longnan. Our goal is to produce practical ink products that are "non-stop, true to color, and adaptable".
• Ceramic inkjet ink: This is our current development focus. The ink we produce covers the full color spectrum, including black, blue, red, yellow, and brown. Its primary feature is stable printing performance - fine and uniform particles, appropriate viscosity and surface tension control, ensuring that the printhead is not easily clogged during continuous production and the image is delicate. Secondly, the ink has full color saturation and good layering, faithfully reproducing design patterns. In addition, we have developed functional inks with special effects based on market trends.
• Supporting dedicated pigments: The high quality of ink is inseparable from the support of core pigments. Leveraging our experience in pigment synthesis, we independently research, develop, and produce high-purity, high-dispersibility dedicated pigments suitable for ink systems, such as encapsulated pigments with excellent performance, which ensures the color development intensity and stability of ink from the source. At the same time, we also provide these upgraded new pigment products for the traditional pigment market.
